3. Custom Development Services

When engaging our private development services, you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your project requirements
• Not request development of software intended for illegal purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights in all project materials you provide
• Communicate professionally and in good faith throughout the engagement
• Make payments according to agreed-upon schedules

• Legal action where appropriate
• Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities
