- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when engaging our services
- Use our tools to generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive materials
- Submit fraudulent payment information or initiate unauthorized chargebacks
2.4 Harmful Content
- Use our tools to create, process, or distribute content that is hateful, threatening, or harassing
- Generate content designed to deceive or defraud others
- Create deepfakes or manipulated media intended to cause harm
3. Custom Development Services
When engaging our private development services, you additionally agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your project requirements
- Not request development of software intended for illegal purposes
- Respect intellectual property rights in all project materials you provide
- Communicate professionally and in good faith throughout the engagement
- Make payments according to agreed-upon schedules
4. Fair Use of Free Tools
Our free tools are provided for reasonable use. While there are no hard limits, we reserve the right to implement rate limiting or access restrictions if automated or excessive usage threatens the availability of our services for other users.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to info@toolzonix.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
6. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning and request to cease the prohibited activity
- Temporary or permanent suspension of access to our services
- Termination of active custom development projects
- Legal action where appropriate
- Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities
7. Changes
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
