1. Overview of Services

Toolzonix provides two categories of services:

• Free Online Tools: A collection of 50+ browser-based utilities (calculators, SEO tools, developer tools, image tools, and more) available at no cost, with no account registration required. These tools process data entirely within your browser.
• Custom Private Development Services: Paid, bespoke development work performed on a per-project basis according to individual client requests. These services are quoted, scoped, and billed separately based on project requirements.

2. Free Tools — Terms of Use

• Our free tools are provided "as is" and "as available" for personal and commercial use.
• All data entered into free tools is processed locally in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit your tool input data.
• You may not use our tools for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.
• While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that tool outputs are error-free. You are responsible for verifying results for critical applications.

3. Custom Development Services — Terms

3.1 Engagement

Custom development services are initiated by client request. Each project will be defined by a written scope of work, including deliverables, timeline, and pricing, which must be agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

3.2 Payment Terms

• All payments for custom services are processed securely via Stripe.
• Pricing is determined on a per-project basis and communicated before work commences.
• Payment schedules (e.g., upfront deposit, milestone payments, or payment upon completion) will be outlined in the project agreement.
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
• Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the project agreement.

3.3 Deliverables & Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom deliverables as specified in the project agreement, unless otherwise stated.
• Toolzonix retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-confidential methodologies developed during the project.
• Pre-existing intellectual property of either party remains the property of that party.

3.4 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access our website in a manner that burdens our infrastructure
• Reproduce, duplicate, sell, or resell our services without express written permission
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Impersonate any person or entity

For paid custom development services, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Toolzonix, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, Google Fonts, CDN libraries). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
