Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid custom development services offered by Toolzonix. Our free online tools require no payment and are not subject to this policy.

1. Free Tools

All 50+ online tools on Toolzonix are completely free and require no payment or registration. No refund applies as no charge is made.

2. Custom Development Services — Refund Schedule

Refund eligibility for custom private development work depends on the project stage at the time of the cancellation request:

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at info@toolzonix.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your project reference number, the reason for the request, and any relevant details.
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
  4. Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method via Stripe.

We reserve the right to cancel a project under the following circumstances:

If you disagree with a deliverable or believe work does not meet the agreed specifications:

  1. Notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery, detailing the specific issues.
  2. We will review and, where the concern is valid, revise the deliverable at no additional charge.
  3. If we cannot resolve the issue to mutual satisfaction, a partial refund may be offered proportional to the deficient portion of the work.

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of services and additional administrative fees.
